Job summary

J&A, Inc. seeks a Site Manager to oversee day-to-day property operations at an LIHTC community. You will handle leasing, rent collection, maintenance oversight and regulatory compliance, reporting to the Regional Manager as needed.

Ideal candidates have LIHTC property management experience, strong organizational skills and knowledge of HUD/RD guidelines. On-site housing may be provided where required.

Qualifications

• LIHTC property management experience required or preferred.
• Knowledge of HUD, RD and LIHTC guidelines and IRS rules.
• Strong communication skills and ability to coordinate with regulatory bodies.
• Experience with tenant income verification and annual re-certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lease administration including renewals, income verifications and notices.
• Rent collection, posting deposits and handling delinquencies per policy.
• Oversee maintenance, inspections and vendor contracts on-site.
• Maintain tenant records, reports and compliance with housing regulations.
• Communicate operational challenges to Regional Manager promptly.
• Coordinate marketing and outreach to fill vacancies.
