J&A, Inc. is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily property operations on-site, ensuring compliance with HUD, LIHTC, RD, and related regulations.

The role includes leasing, rent collection, administration, maintenance supervision, and reporting to the Regional Manager. The successful candidate will manage tenant certifications, budgets, and vendor relations while maintaining high tenant satisfaction and physical/social soundness of the property.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years experience in LIHTC property management.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and Property Management software (Yardi, Real Page).
• Valid State Issued Drivers’ License.
• Certification or training in property management, LIHTC, COS, or RD training.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries and show vacancies.
• Comply with HUD, RD, and LIHTC regulations regarding income certifications and other documentation.
• Maintain waiting lists and screen applicants following guidelines.
• Collect rents, post deposits, and issue receipts.
• Oversee maintenance staff and supervise contracted services.
• Maintain accurate accounting records and report to Regional Manager.
