Qualifications

• LIHTC property management experience preferred.
• Knowledge of HUD, RD, LIHTC guidelines and Fair Housing rules.
• Experience with income certifications and lease administration.
• Strong communication and tenant relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lease administration and income verifications per guidelines.
• Lease, move‑in/out processing and documentation.
• Oversee maintenance and vendor performance on site.
• Maintain accurate tenant ledgers and reporting.
• Communicate operational issues to Regional Manager.
