Job summary

J&A, Inc. is seeking a Site Manager to oversee all property operations for a LIHTC housing complex. You will ensure compliance with HUD, RD, and LIHTC regulations while leading leasing, maintenance, and administrative activities.

The role requires on-site supervision, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage tenant relations, budgets, and reporting to regional leadership.

Qualifications

• LIHTC property management knowledge and experience.
• Proficiency with HUD, RD, LIHTC guidelines and IRS rules.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Valid State Driver's License and basic bookkeeping awareness.

Responsibilities

• Oversee leasing activities and ensure compliance with HUD, RD, and LIHTC regulations.
• Manage rent collections, deposits, and notices in a timely manner.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate vendor services.
• Maintain tenant records and prepare operational reports for Regional Manager.
• Provide on-site leadership and emergency on-call coverage.
