Job summary

J&A, Inc. is seeking a Site Manager to oversee all property operations in alignment with HUD, LIHTC and RD guidelines. The role requires managing leasing, rent collections, administration, and maintenance on-site.

You will supervise maintenance staff, coordinate with vendors, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. The position includes on-site housing if required and a competitive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to take initiative and work independently.
• Experience with LIHTC or HUD-based property management is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Leasing: respond to inquiries, show vacancies, process leases and income verifications.
• Rent collections: post deposits, collect rents, issue notices.
• Administration: manage office hours, enforce lease terms, on-site on-call coverage.
• Property maintenance: supervise staff, manage vendors, conduct inspections.
