Job summary

J&A, Inc. is seeking a Site Manager to oversee LIHTC property operations, ensure HUD, RD and LIHTC compliance, and report to the Regional Manager. The role requires on-site leadership, leasing, maintenance supervision, and strict adherence to company policies.

You will manage lease processing, income certifications, and tenant relations while coordinating with vendors and ensuring safety and regulatory compliance across the site.

Qualifications

• LIHTC property management experience is preferred.
• Strong communication and organization skills are required.
• Must possess a valid state driver's license.
• Basic bookkeeping knowledge is desirable.
• Certification or training in property management or LIHTC required.
• Familiarity with HUD, RD, LIHTC guidelines and IRS rules.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries, show vacancies, process leases and income verifications.
• Leasing activities include marketing, screening, and move-ins/move-outs.
• Manage rent collections, deposits, notices and overdue schedules.
• Admin duties: open on time, enforce leases, on-site emergency coverage.
• Oversee property maintenance and vendor coordination.
• Maintain records: tenant ledgers, incidents, and monthly reports.
• Attend corporate meetings and provide regular operations summaries.
