Job summary

Opensity Solutions is seeking a Site Manager to oversee daily operations at a client office and ensure exceptional service. You will supervise staff, manage scheduling, training, and performance, and coordinate with the client and Ops Manager.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to lift 40 lbs; this is a hands-on supervisory position with a compensation range of 60,000 to 70,000 USD per year.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma; associates or bachelors degree preferred but not required.
• Previous supervisory experience in a client service-oriented field.
• Detail oriented with good attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong initiative required; ability to work independently with minimal direct supervision.
• Ability to lead others in a professional manner.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft products including MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to lift or move 40 lbs. or greater.
• Ability to grasp, lift or carry packages on a load capacity of 75 lbs.
• Ability to walk, bend, kneel, stand or sit for an extended period of time.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the principal liaison between Opensity, the employees, and the Client
• Supervises and delegates to the team to ensure productivity goals are met and team provides excellent client service
• Continuously looks for opportunities to increase the efficiency of operation
• Seeks opportunities to increase services and makes recommendations to the key contact
• Demonstrates proficiency in explaining all products, services, delivery timelines and guarantees to the client
• Recruits and interviews potential Opensity candidates for available positions at the site
• Hires, trains, supervises, evaluates and develops all personnel assigned to the site
• Schedules personnel to ensure coverage of contracted hours without overtime
• Assists Operations Manager with tracking productivity and monthly reporting to leadership and client
