The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, coach staff, improve processes, and ensure operations run smoothly, compliant with policies and safety procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Prior supervisory or management experience in client service, hospitality, workplace services, or professional services.
• Strong leadership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and solutions-focused.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
