Job summary

DoorDash seeks a Site Leader for DashMart, a local-fulfillment center. You will manage a high-volume distribution site and its leadership team, delivering safety, quality, and customer excellence. You’ll coach and build leaders, drive end-to-end operations, and align site strategy with enterprise standards.

Expect ownership of workforce planning, scheduling, and labor budgets, with data-driven decisions and visibility into risks. The role requires flexibility for late shifts and weekends.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of team leadership experience in high-volume operations (retail, grocery, hospitality, fulfillment, logistics, or similar).
• Proven track record of developing talent and driving performance with teams of 25+ employees.
• Owner mindset: support a 24/7 operation across multiple shifts and drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Lead the DashMart site leadership team and set performance standards for safety, quality, productivity and engagement.
• Own end-to-end operational performance including safety, compliance, labor, quality and cost.
• Develop leaders through coaching, performance management, and succession planning.
