Job summary

DoorDash's DashMart is seeking a site leader to own end-to-end operations at a high-volume distribution center. You will lead a multi-tier team including shift leads, supervisors, and frontline associates, and partner with central teams to align on standards and initiatives.

You will drive safety, quality, labor planning, and cost, build leadership depth, and protect culture while delivering exceptional customer experiences in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of team leadership experience in high-volume operations
• Proven track record of developing talent and driving performance (teams of 25+)
• Owner of 24/7 operation across multiple shifts
• Data-driven with proficiency in Excel/Sheets to analyze performance
• College degree or equivalent professional experience
• Flexible schedule including late-night and weekend availability

Responsibilities

• Lead as site leader for a high-volume DashMart site and manage a team of leaders and frontline staff
• Develop leaders through coaching, performance management, and succession planning
• Own end-to-end operational performance including safety, quality, labor, and cost
• Ensure site readiness for audits, inspections, and regulatory obligations
• Lead workforce planning, scheduling strategy, and labor budgets
• Meet or exceed site KPIs and drive improvements across the operation
