Job summary

Gopuff is seeking a Site Leader to join the Field Operations team. You will lead a local team of Shift Leaders and Field Operations Associates, overseeing facility operations and delivering a best-in-class customer experience.

The role emphasizes drive, grit and enthusiasm, with responsibility for directing operations, training leaders, and ensuring adherence to safety and company policies.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in fast-paced environments with a workforce leadership role.
• Retail, grocery, military, restaurant or equivalent experience preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to lead in changing environments.

Responsibilities

• Plans and directs all facility operations including deliveries, inventory, equipment and systems.
• Drive improvements to KPIs such as Order Picking Time, Dwell Time, Drive Time, and Cost Per Order.
• Influence the site budget by achieving productivity, labor and other expenses targets.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulations for the warehouse.
• Oversee safety, asset protection, safety controls and quality assurance reviews.
• Develop action plans to improve performance and guide management in handling records securely.
• Train and coach associates to work safely while following standard processes.
