Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to manage site-level tasks on client sites and supervise 2-5 crew members, ensuring tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to BrightView’s quality standards.

The role covers various service lines such as basic maintenance, landscape installation, irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications. Pay ranges from $20.00 to $25.00 per hour, based on experience and licenses held at offer.

Qualifications

• Must demonstrate leadership among the team and peers.
• Ability to direct 2-5 team members on job sites.
• Strong safety and quality standards adherence.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks for daily operations and secure equipment.
• Deliver services on client sites while meeting schedules and expectations.
• Communicate with Operations Manager about client needs.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate tasks to crew members.
• Provide feedback and training to team members.
• Log crew time and equipment usage accurately.
• Perform vehicle and equipment maintenance as needed.
• Participate in branch meetings and seek efficiency improvements.
