Job summary

BrightView is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to oversee 2-5 crew members on BrightView client sites. You will direct daily tasks, ensure safety and quality, and deliver services across basic maintenance, landscape installation, and related duties.

Responsibilities include preparing trucks, maintaining schedules, logging time, and guiding the crew. A valid driver’s license and BrightView equipment certifications are required.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers.
• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Experience in a landscape-related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks for daily operations and secure equipment.
• Deliver services on client sites and maintain schedules.
• Identify and escalate customer concerns to the Operations Manager.
• Communicate with Operations Manager to meet client needs and expectations.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate tasks to crew members.
• Provide feedback and training to team members.
• Log crew time using electronic time capture (ETC).
• Perform equipment maintenance and safety checks.
• Participate in branch meetings and seek process improvements.
