Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to execute site-level tasks at BrightView client sites. This role directs 2-5 team members and ensures tasks are completed safely, efficiently, and to quality standards across maintenance, landscape installation, irrigation, and seasonal color management.

You will prepare trucks, load equipment, deliver services on client sites, oversee day-to-day operations, train teammates, and maintain equipment.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License.
• Must be able to operate various vehicles, with or without trailers.
• BrightView Equipment certifications.
• Experience in a landscape-related field.
• Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks and operate vehicles safely.
• Deliver services on client sites and meet schedules.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work.
• Provide feedback and train team members.
• Log crew time and equipment usage.
