Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to execute site-level tasks at client sites and lead 2-5 teammates. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and quality across maintenance, installation, and irrigation-related work, while coordinating with the Operations Manager to meet client expectations.

Responsibilities include prepping trucks, logging crew hours, maintaining gear, and coaching team members.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver's License required and ability to operate various landscape vehicles.
• Demonstrated leadership among the crew and peers.
• Experience in landscape-related field preferred.
• Must adhere to BrightView safety policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks and equipment for daily operations.
• Direct 2-5 crew members and ensure tasks meet quality and safety standards.
• Deliver services on client sites and maintain schedules.
• Coordinate with Operations Manager on client needs and issues.
• Oversee equipment maintenance and time logging.
• Participate in branch meetings and seek process improvements.
