Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to manage site-level tasks and supervise 2-5 team members across landscape maintenance, installation, and related services. You will ensure safety, efficiency, and quality on clients' sites.

Qualifications include a valid driver’s license and landscape experience; certification from BrightView is a plus. You will work outdoors, operate equipment, and report to the Operations Manager while contributing to branch operations.

Qualifications

• Valid Driver’s License required.
• Experience leading a small crew.
• Ability to operate landscape equipment safely.
• BrightView equipment certifications preferred.
• Experience following safety policies and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks for daily operations.
• Deliver services on client sites while maintaining schedules.
• Escalate customer problems to the Operations Manager.
• Communicate with Operations Manager to meet client needs.
• Assist in resolving customer service issues.
• Ensure work complies with safety policies.
