Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Crew Leader to oversee landscape operations at client sites, managing a 2–5 person crew to ensure tasks are completed safely and up to BrightView’s quality standards.

This role involves supervising services such as basic landscape maintenance, installation, irrigation, seasonal color management, and chemical applications, while maintaining client satisfaction through effective team leadership and high-quality service delivery.

Qualifications

• Leadership demonstrated among the team and peers.
• Experience in a landscape-related field.
• Valid driver’s license.
• BrightView equipment certifications.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a schedule and ensure service expectations are met.
• Supervise a crew of 2–5 team members to ensure tasks are completed safely and to BrightView's quality standards.
• Coordinate service execution with Operations Manager.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate work to crew team members.
• Provide Operations Manager feedback on crew member(s).
• Help develop and train crew members.
