Job summary

BrightView Landscapes is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to execute site-level tasks and direct the work of 2-5 team members across maintenance and installation services. The role ensures safety, quality, and timely completion of client projects, with responsibilities spanning equipment preparation, service delivery, and crew leadership.

The position starts at $20 per hour and may increase based on experience and certifications.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license.
• Experience in a landscape-related field.
• Demonstrated leadership among the team and with peers.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks for daily operations and secure equipment.
• Deliver services on client sites and maintain schedules.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and coordinate with the Operations Manager.
• Provide feedback and train crew members.
• Perform routine equipment maintenance and safety checks.
