Job summary

BrightView Landscapes, LLC is seeking a Crew Leader Driver to execute site-level tasks at BrightView client sites. You will direct 2-5 team members, ensuring safety, efficiency, and high quality across basic maintenance, landscape installation, and irrigation-related tasks.

You will prepare trucks, deliver services on schedules, escalate customer concerns, coordinate with the Operations Manager, and train the crew. Strong leadership and landscape experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license is required.
• Experience operating vehicles with or without trailers.
• BrightView Equipment certifications preferred.
• Demonstrated leadership experience on a crew.
• Experience in a landscape-related field.

Responsibilities

• Prepare landscape trucks for daily operations and secure equipment.
• Deliver services on client sites according to schedules.
• Identify and escalate customer concerns to the Operations Manager.
• Communicate with Operations Manager to meet client needs.
• Oversee day-to-day site operations and delegate tasks to crew members.
• Provide feedback and training to team members.
• Monitor and perform preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Log crew time and equipment usage.
• Perform EDVIR on assigned vehicles.
• Participate in branch meetings and seek efficiency improvements.
