Job summary

B&S Site Development is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex civil and site development projects from pre‑construction to closeout across multiple sites. You will supervise project teams, manage high‑value budgets, and drive excellence in safety, quality, and schedule adherence.

The ideal candidate has 8–12+ years of civil/site development PM experience, strong leadership and client‑facing skills, and may hold PMP/CCM certification.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Building Science, or related field.
• 8–12+ years of progressive experience in civil/site development project management.
• PMP, CCM, or equivalent certification preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office and construction/project management software.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities with a focus on execution.
• Demonstrated ability to mentor and develop project teams.
• Commitment to safety, quality, and operational excellence.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle of complex civil/site development projects from pre‑construction through closeout.
• Oversee budgeting, schedules, procurement, and resource plans across multiple projects.
• Direct permitting, compliance, and regulatory oversight.
• Manage field operations leadership and coordination among subcontractors.
• Own P&L and ensure profitability targets across assigned projects.
• Lead client communication and executive progress reporting.
