B&S Site Development LLC is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead the full lifecycle of complex civil and site development projects from pre-construction through closeout. The role requires overseeing multiple project teams, high-value budgets, and ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.

The ideal candidate will have 8–12+ years in civil/site development, strong leadership and client-management skills, and a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent in engineering/construction management.
• 8–12+ years of progressive civil/site development project management experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple large-scale construction projects.
• Strong understanding of civil construction methods and project management principles.
• PMP, CCM or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead full lifecycle of complex civil/site development projects across multiple sites.
• Oversee pre-construction planning, budgeting, scheduling, and procurement strategies.
• Direct permitting and regulatory compliance to ensure timely approvals.
• Manage subcontractor selection, scopes, and performance expectations.
• Lead client communications and executive-level project reporting.
• Mentor project teams to drive safety, quality, and profitability.
