Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer (FT: Morning) to support site operations at Sandersville, GA. You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, visitors, and deliveries, ensuring security and smooth day-to-day workflows on customer sites.

The role requires in-person work at multiple sites, shift flexibility, and a proactive approach to deliver exceptional customer service while maintaining safety and compliance across projects. Travel nationwide may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor and manage access control compliance for entrants.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are scanned and identities verified; maintain headcount records.
• Parking Management: provide parking passes and monitor pass usage.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries; create written logs.
• Customer & Worker Support: provide access control support, troubleshooting, logs, and parking management.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: assist with additional access control tasks as needed.
