Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for full-time morning shifts to join our on-site team in OH. You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, and delivery logistics, ensuring site safety and efficient operations on customer construction sites.

The role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional capable of working with leadership across sites, with travel across the United States as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring maintaining professionalism under pressure with early hours and extended shifts.
• Ability to quickly establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic work environment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility to serve customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: Proactively monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone who enters and leaves the site. Collaborate with customer and Sitemetric team to uphold site security requirements.
• Badging Compliance: Ensure personnel entering the site have badges and are scanned to verify identity and maintain headcount records.
• Parking Management: Provide parking passes and monitor pass compliance across designated areas.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: Document all visitors and deliveries, creating written records for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: Provide access control support including registration, badging, logs, and parking management.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: Assist with ad-hoc access control tasks to support customers.
