Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for a full-time morning shift at client construction sites in Santa Teresa, NM. The role involves registering workers, validating badges, managing parking and visitors, and providing on-site support to ensure safety and smooth operations.

The position requires a proactive, detail-oriented approach, strong English communication, and the ability to follow SOPs. A valid Guard Card and the ability to pass a background check are required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check.
• Proactive, professional demeanor under pressure.
• Ability to read and follow SOPs in English.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and verify identity.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges and headcounts across the site.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control and troubleshooting.
• Ad hoc access control tasks as needed.
