Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an on-site Access Control Officer (PT: Morning) to support customer construction sites with worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor logistics. You’ll work directly with senior leadership and be required to be on site at one or more local job sites in the Texas area, with potential travel across the United States.

The role demands professionalism, detail orientation, and a proactive attitude to ensure safety and positive customer experiences.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience under pressure.
• Ability to follow SOPs in English.
• Proficient spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage access control and worker registrations.
• Ensure badges are scanned and headcounts are accurate.
• Manage parking, visitors, and deliveries.
• Provide on-site support and tech troubleshooting.
• Assist with ad-hoc access control tasks.
