Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for day shifts at Mesa, AZ. You will manage worker registration, badges, parking, and visitor logistics on customer construction sites, ensuring safety and smooth operations.

The role requires in-person site presence, detail orientation, and a proactive approach. Prior security or access control experience is valued, with flexibility for shift changes based on project needs.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure
• Able to communicate clearly in English (spoken and written)
• Detail-oriented with ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment
• Proactive, flexible, and able to take on additional responsibilities to serve customers and team

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access for all entrants and ensure site security requirements are met
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and scan-ins to maintain accurate headcounts
• Parking Management: provide parking passes and monitor pass compliance
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with written records
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, troubleshooting, logs, and parking tasks
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support one-time and ongoing access control needs
