Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer to support on-site security and operations at customer construction sites across the local area. You will manage worker registration, badges, parking, visitors, and deliveries, providing frontline service and problem solving.

This field-based, shift-driven role requires professional demeanor, English communication, and the ability to work with senior leadership.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Able to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Manage worker registration and badging on site.
• Ensure badges are scanned for identity verification and maintain headcount records.
• Provide parking passes and monitor pass compliance.
• Document all visitors and deliveries, including logs for the customer.
• Provide support in access control, including troubleshooting and ad hoc tasks.
