Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for day shift on-site in Woodford, VA. You’ll register workers, issue and scan badges, manage parking, visitors, and deliveries, and support customer sites with troubleshooting and documentation.

You will work with senior leadership, travel across US sites as needed, and ensure safety and security while delivering exceptional service on demanding construction projects. Shift-based hours require flexibility.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Strong English reading/writing and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented with ability to follow SOPs.

Responsabilités

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and verify identity.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are scanned and headcount is accurate.
• Parking Management: issue passes and track compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document all visitors and deliveries.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control tasks and troubleshooting.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support one-time and ongoing access control needs.
