Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer for the afternoon shift to support on-site security and access control at one or more Dalton, GA construction sites. You will manage worker registration, badging, and documentation while ensuring safety and smooth site operations.

This role requires strong customer-service skills, professionalism under pressure, and flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and site requirements. Competitive pay and benefits are included for full-time employees.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass a drug screen and background check.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsabilités

• Monitor and manage access control and badge issuance on site.
• Ensure badges are scanned and headcounts are accurate for customers.
• Manage parking passes and monitor parking area compliance.
• Document visitors and deliveries; maintain logs and records.
• Provide support for access control and troubleshooting as needed.
• Support ad hoc access control tasks to meet customer needs.
