Sitemetric is hiring an Access Control Officer to support construction sites across the United States. This full-time on-site role focuses on worker registration, badging, parking management, and visitor logistics, with a proactive approach to ensure safety and high service levels.

Candidates should be comfortable working a shift-based schedule with flexibility for travel and varying job-site needs. English communication and SOP adherence are essential.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure and extended hours.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with internal and external customers.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments.
• Follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.
• Proficient spoken and written English.
• Adaptable and flexible; capable of solving complex challenges.
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility for customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and uphold site security.
• Badging Compliance: ensure badges are scanned and identity verified.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and receipts for deliveries.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, troubleshooting, logs, and parking.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support for one-time and ongoing access control needs.
