Job summary

Sitemetric is hiring an Access Control Officer to join our on-site team supporting customer construction sites across the United States. This full-time morning role focuses on maintaining secure access, registering workers, and ensuring proper badging and documentation.

You will coordinate parking, monitor deliveries, assist visitors, and troubleshoot access issues while maintaining professionalism under pressure. The position requires shift-based hours and travel to local sites as needed.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English
• Adaptable and able to handle pressure and dynamic environments
• Proactive in taking on additional responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor and manage access control compliance for entrants and exits
• Badging Compliance: ensure proper badges and scan-in for identity verification
• Parking Management: provide passes and monitor parking pass compliance
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries and create written records
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, troubleshooting, logs, and parking management
• Ad hoc responsibilities: assist with one-time and ongoing access control tasks
