Job summary

Sitemetric in OH is hiring an Access Control Officer (FT: Afternoon) to secure construction sites and manage worker registration, badging, and logistics. This on-site role requires strong professionalism, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to support customers and keep sites safe.

You will work with senior leadership, coordinate with customers, and travel as needed across the United States to ensure smooth operations and compliant access control on multiple sites.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to quickly establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic work environment.
• Ability to follow SOPs in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to solve complex challenges within and outside assigned responsibilities.
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility to serve the customer and Sitemetric team members.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: Proactively monitor and manage access control for everyone entering/leaving the site.
• Badging Compliance: Ensure badges are scanned to verify identity and maintain headcount records.
• Parking Management: Provide parking passes and monitor pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: Document visitors and deliveries, creating written records.
• Customer & Worker Support: Provide access control support, troubleshooting, logs, and parking management.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: Assist with ad-hoc access control tasks as needed.
