Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer (Part-Time, Day shift) in Ashburn, VA. The role focuses on on-site access control, worker registration, badging, and site security across customer construction sites.

The position requires in-person work, flexibility with shift times, and travel nationwide may be needed. Compensation starts at $18.00 per hour with benefits including health/dental/vision insurance and more.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure and extended hours.
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs in English.
• Proficient spoken and written English communication.
• Ability to establish and maintain relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Adaptable, flexible and able to take on more responsibilities to serve the customer and team.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor and manage access control for everyone entering/leaving the site.
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and maintain accurate headcount records.
• Parking Management: issue parking passes and monitor compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with written records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, troubleshooting, logs, and parking.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support customers with one-time or ongoing access control needs.
