Job summary

Sitemetric LLC is seeking an Access Control Officer for morning shifts in Ashburn, Virginia. This field-based role guards construction sites, manages worker registration and badging, parking, visitors, and deliveries, and supports overall site security to ensure a smooth, safe operation.

The position requires 2+ years of high‑intensity customer service, the ability to pass background checks, and proficiency in English.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Ability to follow SOPs in English.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environment.
• Flexible, adaptable, and proactive in supporting customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: Monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone entering or leaving the site.
• Badging Compliance: Ensure personnel have badges and are scanned to verify identity and maintain headcount records.
• Parking Management: Provide and manage parking passes and monitor pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: Document visitors and deliveries, creating written records.
• Customer & Worker Support: Provide access control support including troubleshooting and logs.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: Assist with miscellaneous access control tasks as needed.
