Job summary

Sitemetric is seeking an Access Control Officer (Part Time, Afternoon) to support on-site operations across customer construction sites in the Manassas, VA area. Responsibilities include worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor/delivery management with a focus on safety and security.

The role requires professionalism, attention to detail, and flexibility to cover shift-based schedules. Travel across sites may be needed, with opportunities for career growth within a growing tech-enabled

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen, background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to quickly establish and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external customers and colleagues.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environment.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Adaptable, flexible, and able to solve complex challenges.
• Proactive approach to taking on more responsibility to serve the customer and Sitemetric team members.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: Proactively monitor and manage access control compliance.
• Badging Compliance: Ensure badges and identity verification.
• Parking Management: Provide parking passes and monitor compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: Document visitors and deliveries for the customer.
• Customer & Worker Support: Support access control and logs.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: Assist with access control needs.
