Job summary

Sitemetric seeks an Access Control Officer to manage site access, badges, and related security tasks at one or more local job sites. This role requires in-person work and flexibility with shift schedules in a field-based environment.

You will handle worker registration, badge scanning, parking, visitors and deliveries, and provide frontline support to customers and workers. Prior customer service in high-pressure settings is essential.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience in demanding roles.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Ability to follow detailed SOPs in English.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Detail oriented with strong prioritization in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor and manage access control for everyone entering/leaving the site.
• Badging Compliance: ensure personnel have badges and are scanned for identity and headcount records.
• Parking Management: provide passes and monitor pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries with records.
• Customer & Worker Support: provide access control support and troubleshooting.
• Ad hoc access control tasks to support customers.
