Sitemetric LLC is seeking an Access Control Officer for part-time day shifts in Sterling, VA. You will work on construction sites, managing worker registration, badging, parking, visitors, deliveries, and basic tech troubleshooting.

This role requires in-person presence and flexibility. You will collaborate with senior leadership, ensure site security, and provide responsive customer support while maintaining professionalism under pressure.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English.
• Proactive approach to supporting customers and team.

Responsibilities

• Manage worker registration and badging.
• Ensure proper scanning and identity verification.
• Coordinate parking, visitors and deliveries.
• Provide support for access control and tech troubleshooting.
• Assist with ad-hoc access control tasks as needed.
