Job summary

Sitemetric LLC is seeking an Access Control Officer for part‑time, morning shifts supporting our Chester, VA operations. The role focuses on worker registration, badging, and site access, ensuring security and smooth onsite workflows across customer construction sites.

The position requires in-person work at local job sites with occasional travel; strong English communication, attention to detail, and a proactive service mindset are essential to excel in this role.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• 2+ years of high‑intensity customer service experience.
• Ability to follow SOPs in English.
• Proficient spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage worker registration and badging on site (in-person).
• Ensure badges are scanned and identities verified.
• Provide parking, visitor, and delivery management.
• Generate documentation for visitors and deliveries.
• Support customers and workers with access control needs.
• Assist with ad‑hoc access control tasks.
