Job summary

Sitemetric LLC is seeking an Access Control Officer (Part Time) to support on-site security operations at customer construction sites in Aldie, VA. You will handle worker registration, badging, parking, visitors, and deliveries with a focus on safety and service quality.

This field-based role requires flexibility in shift hours, with possible travel. Strong English communication and the ability to follow SOPs are essential to ensure smooth site operations and excellent customer experience.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments.
• Proactive, flexible, and able to take on additional responsibilities to serve customers and team.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.
• Ability to follow SOPs in English and adhere to site requirements.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Willingness to pass drug screen and background check.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and verify identities per site requirements.
• Badging Compliance: ensure personnel are issued badges and properly scanned.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking pass use.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries and keep records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, troubleshooting, logs, and parking.
• Ad hoc access control tasks to support customers as needed.
