Job summary

Sitemetric LLC is looking for an Access Control Officer to join our field team in Frederick, MD. This full-time role covers worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor/delivery management on customer construction sites with a focus on safety and site security.

You will work closely with senior leadership, requiring in-person presence at one or more Sitemetric jobsites; travel within the United States may be required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure across diverse sectors such as healthcare, hospitality, fast-food/quick-serve, military, and other fields
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check
• Ability to obtain required licensing
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English
• Ability to follow detailed instructions (SOPs) in English

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: Monitor and manage access control compliance for everyone entering the site
• Badging Compliance: Ensure badges are scanned and identity verified with accurate headcount records
• Parking Management: Provide parking passes and monitor pass compliance
• Visitor & Delivery Management: Document all visitors and deliveries with written records for the customer
• Customer & Worker Support: Support access control, logs, troubleshooting, and related tasks
• Ad hoc responsibilities: Assist with additional access control duties as needed
