Sitemetric LLC in Frederick, MD is seeking an Access Control Officer (PT: Day) to join our on-the-ground team near customer construction sites. You will manage worker registration and badging, monitor site access, and support parking, visitors, and deliveries to ensure smooth operations.

This role requires professionalism, quick adaptability, and the ability to work with senior leadership across projects. Travel across the United States may be required, and you must be comfortable with

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure and extended hours.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Proficient English communication in speaking and writing.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control and uphold site security with the client and Sitemetric team.
• Badging Compliance: ensure personnel have badges and are scanned to verify identity and headcount.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking pass compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries and create written records.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, troubleshooting, logs, and related tasks.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support customers with one-time and ongoing access control needs.
