Sitemetric LLC is seeking an Access Control Officer for full-time day shifts in Sterling, VA. The role requires in-person site work with occasional travel across the United States.

You will manage worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor logistics while supporting customers and the Sitemetric team to ensure secure, efficient site operations. The position emphasizes professionalism, attention to detail, a proactive approach, and strong English communication.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience requiring professionalism under pressure.
• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• Detail orientation and ability to prioritize tasks in dynamic environments.
• Tech forward and comfortable with SOPs in English.
• Proficient communication in spoken and written English.

Responsibilities

• Worker Registration & Badging: monitor access control compliance and badge scanning.
• Badging Compliance: verify badges and maintain accurate headcount records.
• Parking Management: issue passes and monitor parking compliance.
• Visitor & Delivery Management: document visitors and deliveries, log activities.
• Customer & Worker Support: assist with access control, troubleshooting, and logs.
• Ad hoc responsibilities: support one-time and ongoing access control needs.
