Job summary

Sitemetric LLC is seeking an Access Control Officer for part-time, on-site work in Manassas, VA. The role focuses on worker registration, badging, parking, and visitor management to ensure security and smooth operations at customer construction sites.

Field-based and shift-based with travel across the United States as needed. You will work closely with senior leadership and support the team to deliver a safe and efficient access control experience for customers.

Qualifications

• Ability to obtain required licensing.
• Ability to pass drug screen and background check.
• 2+ years of high-intensity customer service experience under pressure.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage access control for entrants.
• Ensure badges are scanned to verify identity and maintain accurate headcount.
• Manage parking passes and monitor parking pass compliance.
• Document visitors and deliveries, creating written records for the customer.
• Provide support in access control, troubleshooting, logs, and parking management.
• Assist with ad-hoc access control responsibilities for customers.
