Responsibilities

• Resolve daily SIS issues to improve service for students and staff.
• Troubleshoot Banner/Canvas and Salesforce integrations.
• Create and modify reports and data collection forms in Banner.
• Provide user training on Salesforce and Banner modules.
• Support Admissions, Registration, Financial Aid, and Accounting functions.
