Job summary

Lakeville Area Schools is seeking a Student Information System (SIS) Systems Administrator to oversee the district's SIS and related data workflows. The role ensures data integrity, supports integrations (API, SFT, LTI), and provides tiered support for staff across district offices.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of SIS experience, mastery of Infinite Campus, strong SQL skills, and a focus on FERPA/COPPA privacy. This is a 261-day position with a salary range of $80,000–$85,000.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 2–3 years of SIS administration, application or database management.
• Prior experience in a K-12 district or educational service agency preferred.
• Mastery of Infinite Campus.
• Strong SQL proficiency for querying and data hygiene.
• Experience with rostering tools (Clever/ClassLink).
• Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Power Query, Pivot Tables).
• Excellent problem-solving and data accuracy focus.
• Strong communication and customer-service orientation.
• Knowledge of FERPA and COPPA privacy laws.

Responsibilities

• Oversee system updates, patches, and maintenance windows.
• Configure user roles, security profiles, and access controls.
