Job summary

Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM) is seeking an Admissions Representative to advise prospective students and to collect and process application materials. The role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently and in a team to manage inquiries and paperwork through the admissions cycle.

The position involves coordinating AACOMAS/AADSAS workflows, updating Salesforce records, and supporting recruitment campaigns and events on the Erie campus.

Responsibilities

• Respond to inquiries regarding the admissions process.
• Cultivate leads and engage prospective students through calls.
• Manage and track applicants within Salesforce CRM.
• Upload documents and verify transcripts in the institutional database.
• Use Apsona and Pardot to manage recruitment campaigns.
• Monitor Salesforce cases and provide timely applicant support.
• Generate Salesforce reports to track recruitment data.
• Coordinate information for EAP and master's programs; process applications.
• Plan and conduct campus tours and on-campus events related to admissions.
• Assist with matriculation materials and class coordination.
