Qualifications

• Customer service experience in a similar position preferred.
• Knowledge of cabinetry, kitchen & bath or building materials preferred.

• Strong sense of drive and creativity.
• AS400 experience preferred but not mandatory.
• High School Graduate preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; must be able to effectively use Excel, Word, Outlook for daily responsibilities and tasks

Responsibilities

• Showroom counter work with direct customer contact; assist on phones when needed.
• Coordinate with outside sales reps on orders and quotes.
• Assist walk-in customers in the showroom with questions and orders.
• Solicit new or complimentary sales via phone and in showroom.
• Research product solutions for customers to solve field-project issues
