Job summary

Richelieu Hardware Ltd in Nashville is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. The role focuses on delivering responsive service, handling order information, and supporting our closet solutions customers in a fast-paced environment.

You will work Monday through Friday, with standard daytime hours, and collaborate with outside sales, showroom staff, and the Operations Manager to ensure accurate orders and high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Related experience in a similar position.
• Knowledge of Cabinetry, Kitchen & Bath or similar Building Materials.
• Developed customer service, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Team-oriented, shows initiative.
• Strong sense of drive and creativity.
• AS400 experience preferred but not mandatory.
• High School graduate, some college courses preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications; must be able to effectively use Excel, Word, Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls from customers placing orders and provide sales quotes.
• Work closely with outside sales reps on orders and quotes.
• Assist walk-in customers in showroom with questions and orders.
• Solicit new or complimentary sales in showroom and by phone.
• Research product solutions to solve field-project issues.
• Hours of operation are Monday to Friday, 7:30 - 4:30.
