• Team-oriented with initiative.
• AS400 experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel/Word/Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone orders and provide sales quotes.
• Assist walk-in showroom customers with questions and orders.
• Work with outside sales reps on orders and quotes.
• Solicit new or complimentary sales by phone and in person.
• Research product solutions to resolve field-project issues.
• Hours of operation are Monday to Friday dayshift.
