Job summary

Richelieu Hardware Ltd in North Reading, MA is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team. This full-time role focuses on order processing, quotes, and showroom assistance, supporting our cabinet, kitchen, and building materials customers.

You will work Monday through Friday dayshift, coordinate with outside sales, handle walk-in customers, and seek opportunities to grow sales while delivering high-quality service.

Qualifications

• High School graduate; some college preferred.
• Related experience in a similar position.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office; Excel/Word/Outlook.
• Knowledge of cabinetry, kitchen & bath or building materials.
• AS400 experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls from customers and provide sales quotes.
• Collaborate with outside sales representatives on orders and quotes.
• Assist walk-in customers in the showroom with questions and orders.
• Solicit new or complimentary sales in showroom and by phone.
• Research product solutions for field-project issues.
• Hours of operation are Monday to Friday dayshift.
